F1 Canadian GP: When and how to watch the race live, TV channel, standings

The 2025 Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix is set for lights out at 2pm local time on Sunday, June 15th where Max Verstappen returns following his victory in Montreal in 2024.

The Red Bull driver however, comes into the race following a controversial Spanish Grand Prix where he was penalised with a 10-second time penalty for clashing with Mercedes George Russell.

The incident also netted the reigning world champion three penalty points on his superlicence that means he is dangerously close to receiving a one-race ban, should he receive another point sanction.

Will Verstappen have to change his swashbuckling driving style as he walks a disciplinary tightrope?

Aston Martin’s Canadian driver, Lance Stroll, will compete in his home race after he sat out the race in Barcelona with an aggravated hand injury, while McLaren’s Oscar Piastri will be looking to extend his lead in the drivers’ championship standings.

Here is everything you need to know ahead of the 2025 Canadian Grand Prix.
